Happy Birthday Halle Babes!!

Today Halle is 2 years old! Although we still call her Halle Babes she isn't such a little baby anymore. She is definitely a toddler! We went to her appointment on Thursday and she is still our big girl. She is 80% in height and weight! Here are some things that she can do at 2 years old:

1. Her vocabulary is really taking off! She talks pretty well these days and has even told me, "Oh yea mama!" on countless occasions.
2. She loves cereal...When I ask her what she wants for dinner, her replies, "Cereal!" I'm pretty sure she could eat cereal for every meal.
3. She can count from 1 to 10, but usually skips one and starts with two.
4. She loves books and will sit and read them in her room.
5. She loves to copy everything I do. She will sit in the bathroom with me while I get ready, then after I am done we will brush our teeth, put chapstick on, and then put lotion on our hands.
6. She is obsessed with juice and asks for it at least 5 times a day. Good thing that she doesn't mind if I dilute it with water.
7. She is really into coloring and will sit on a chair and color every day.
8. Puzzles are a favorite toy as well.
9. Every morning she has to watch Playhouse Disney and gets mad when Mickey Mouse Clubhouse isn't on.
10. She is going through a phase right now where after everything she says she adds mama. Ex. "Let's go mama", or "Play, mama." She also will repeat back what I say to her. For example, when I tell her "Good girl Halle!" she always repeats back, " Good girl Mama!"
11. She loves to talk on the phone and loves calling "B" (Burton) her cousin, or Nick her imaginary boyfriend!
12. Cheez-its are still her snack of choice.
13. She will always share her snacks, but still needs to work on sharing her toys.
14. Whenever we are in the car her "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" soundtrack HAS to be on. And usually the song, "A Bicycle Built for Two" with Donald and Daisy singing has to be playing. She will sing right along with it.
15. She is a pretty agreeable little girl and likes to say, "Okay, mama."
16. If you pretend you are sleeping, she will give you kiss after kiss until you wake up.
17. She loves looking at Jeff and my wedding pictures and always points out dada and mama in each picture.
18. She loves nursery and yells "Yay Nursery!" almost every week after Sacrament Meeting.

We sure love you Halle!! You make our lives complete. Happy 2nd Birthday Sweetheart!
