The Cole Family: Christmas/Kristen's Wedding

We had a great Christmas! Halle was really into Christmas this year. I'm not exactly sure where she learned so much about Santa, but she definitely learned that he is the one that brings you presents. She was really excited to go to bed on Christmas Eve so that Santa would come. It was cute to see her so excited. We were at Jeff's house this year and all of his siblings and their kids were there too. It was fun to have a such a big group and to see how excited all of the kids were. We had all of the kids come out at the same time on Christmas morning and the first thing that Halle said when she saw all of the presents was, "Santa Came!" She got a kitchen and bike from Santa, which she has really enjoyed. She wasn't very interested in opening anymore presents, because she just wanted to play with her kitchen, bike, and Emily's awesome playhouse. It was a good day.

The next morning was Kristen and John's wedding. They were sealed that morning in the Oakland temple and then had their reception at The Marriott Hotel later that evening. Kristen looked absolutely beautiful! She chose purple as her main color, so the four grand-daughters wore matching purple dresses. They looked totally cute! Everything turned out really nice and Kristen and John looked really happy. It was fun to be apart of their special day.
