Last week Jeff, Halle, and I drove down to Southern California to meet my family. My dad goes to the California Dental Convention every year which is held in Anaheim and so while he was at classes all day, the rest of us were at Disneyland and California Adventure. It doesn't seem fair does it? He doesn't mind though and he was able to meet us in the evening and go on the rides he wanted to. Halle hadn't been to Disneyland since she was 15 months old, so we were excited to take her again since we knew she didn't remember it. Jeff and I started mentioning that we were going to Disneyland about a week before we left and Halle would always get really excited and start talking about the mall. At first we were confused why she would associate Disneyland with the mall, but then we realized that she thought Disneyland was the Disney store at the mall. Haha! We knew that if she was this excited about going to a store at the mall, then she would really be excited when we got to the real Disneyland. And of course she was! A week later she still brings it up at least once a day and every night she prays that we can go back to "Mickey's Disneyland." I can definitely see many more Disneyland trips in our future.
My sister Megan, nephew Burton, Halle, and Jeff. Since Amelia and I are both pregnant, Megan took Burton on a lot of the rides and Jeff took Hals. We would just sit down and wave as they came by.
Halle and Burton with Donald. Every time they saw a Disney character they would get so excited! As we were waiting in line they kept both yelling Donald's name and waving.

I got so excited when I saw the pictures loading. I scrolled down anticipating each coming photo even more than the previous one. And then when I got to the bottom I experienced a sentiment of a bit of a let-down. Come on, Kathers! Haha, love you lots! And I love the pictures too. :)
