On Tuesday, Jeff took his Real Estate Broker's Exam and passed!! He is officially a licensed Broker Associate! I am SO proud of him and all the work he put in. The past year he worked and completed four online classes before he could even apply to take the Broker's exam. February was packed full of crash courses (4 to be exact) and studying, studying, studying for Jeff. All the hard work paid off though! Only about 40% of people pass the test the first time, so we are so happy and excited! I actually read though some of the material Jeff was studying and it was like reading another language! I didn't understand half of it! haha. Anyway, congratulations to Jeff! We are so proud of you!!

Broker Associate
